3.1To register as a Transporter, you must be suitably qualified, reputable and capable of completing the task for which you are being hired.

3.3By registering, you warrant that you have provided accurate and complete information.

4.1Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account information.

4.2Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

4.3Users must not use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

5.1Kwik-Shift strives to ensure all users providing a service on our platform are suitably qualified and reputable.

5.2Verification may include background checks, qualifications validation, and reviews of previous work.

5.3Despite our efforts, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any verification process.

6.1Kwik-Shift provides a platform for connecting individuals and businesses with suitably qualified and reputable individuals and or businesses capable of completing the task they are being hired to complete.

6.2We do not provide any trade services ourselves and are not responsible for the work performed and or executed by anyone through our platform.

6.3Users acknowledge that any contract for services is between the individual or business hiring the services of another, not with Kwik-Shift.

7.1Kwik-Shift does not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of any item transported through users on our platform. It is the sole responsibility of the individual or business hiring services through the platform to ensure the individual or business hired is reputable, qualified and if so required, suitably insured.

7.2It is the sole responsibility of all users to be certain (if required) that they are suitably insured to carry out any services they offer through the platform and also of the individual or business acquiring those services to seek suitable insurance for items being transported, if so required.

7.3Any theft, loss or damage is not in any way the responsibility or liability of Kwik-Shift or any of its subsidiaries.

7.4If possible and when available from time to time Kwik-Shift may offer insurance options for items being transported through partnership or sponsorship with suitable insurance companies or companies capable of offering suitable insurance. Any agreements or purchases of such insurances and policies is solely between the purchaser/ user and that specific company/ provider. Kwik-Shift accepts no liability for such agreements or policies and cannot advise on insurance or any related policies.

8.1Use of the platform may involve fees, which will be communicated to users in advance.

8.2Payment terms will be agreed upon directly between users.

8.3Kwik-Shift may charge a commission or service fee for facilitating connections, which will be detailed in your account information.

9.1Users may leave reviews and feedback about their experiences.

9.2Reviews must be honest, respectful, and not contain any offensive or defamatory content.

9.3Kwik-Shift reserves the right to remove any reviews that violate these terms.

10.1Kwik-Shift is not responsible for resolving disputes between users.

10.2Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.

10.3If necessary, disputes may be escalated to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities.

11.1Kwik-Shift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

13.1If you believe content on our platform is illegal or violates our Terms & Conditions or any of our Policy Statements, please follow the instructions below. Be specific in your submission and provide an explanation along with relevant URLs. Incomplete reports may not be processed.

• Explain clearly why you believe the content is illegal, offensive or inappropriate.
• We will review reports as soon as possible, initially endeavour to respond within 24 hours but within 7 business days.
• We will contact you via the email address that you have provided under your submission with our actions.
• All job postings have a direct link to report anything that may be deemed as inappropriate or offensive content.

13.2Kwik-Shift provides a platform to connect individuals and businesses with suitably qualified and reputable individuals and or businesses capable of completing the task they are being hired to complete. To do this we provide features that allow for easy communication between parties. By using the platform and the communication methods it provides you agree to the following:

• Only post appropriate and relevant content.
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Respect others' privacy and intellectual property.
• Refrain from hate speech. This includes any content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on characteristics such as race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other protected categories.
• Not post spam, self-promotional content, or content that is defamatory or infringes on others' rights.
• Accept that Kwik-Shift cannot be held responsible for individuals abusing the platform, although Kwik-Shift endeavours to limit this to the best of their ability.

13.3Kwik-Shift do not claim ownership of any content you submit to our site (this includes feedback, ratings, images, or videos). However, by submitting content, you grant us the following rights:

• You agree to indemnify and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of this Agreement, including any warranties or representations made by you, or any third-party claim of intellectual property infringement or misappropriation relating to the content you submit.

Example usages are as follows:

• Displaying customer testimonials or positive ratings on our website.
• Featuring project "before and after" images in our social media posts.
• Creating promotional videos or marketing materials.
• Modifying images or videos submitted for use in advertisements or on our website.
• Featuring your business name and logo on a section of our website.
